lowering using links instead of an electronic module, anyone

hi all, i simply cant justify the spend on a lowering module that costs a thousand quid or more, so does anyone here have any good or bad experience of the cheaper alternative, i.e. the links?

what i'm very interested in is the potential extra wear on the suspension / hubs from this modification. can anyone shed any light please?

also, what links have you bought that you can recommend?

cheers Thumbs Up Recently bought a 2007 RRS HSE TDV6 for a Pimp-My-Ride-Project.
DONE: Meduza front bumper, AB rear bumper, AB tailpipes, calipers repainted, rear upper tailgate upgrade, side steps, AB front grille, AB side vents, rear LED lights, clear side repeaters, integrated daytime running lights, LED headlights.
TO DO: color code sills and pillars.

holy cow just seen your pics, that is LOWWW.

do these links undergo much pressure/torque during use? i'm in the process of buying hubs/bearings and want only the best for my safety, but is this a concern with the links? Recently bought a 2007 RRS HSE TDV6 for a Pimp-My-Ride-Project.
