Pillars are very soft and get scratched easily, apart from that I haven't had any issues. Arrived: MY16 A/B SDV6 in Aruba, Ivory interior, piano black trim, black panoramic roof, spare wheel, blind spot monitoring, mudlaps and more...

My door pillars marked up quite badly and looked like the clear coat was peeling off. Had new ones fitted under warranty. Also had all the door window rubbers seen to at the same time becuse they had faded too. There is a TSB out for the window rubbers. Might be worth getting intouch with your dealer. |

the black gloss trim seems to scratch very easily. Worse still is the grand piano black trim that I paid extra for. In the front center console bit where you pull out the cover for the two cup holders the black finish has scratched horribly and most annoying is that it is not because it has had keys on it - what causes the scratches is when it gets rolled back into the center console if you see what I mean - all the scratches are straight and you can see it happening as it goes in to the dash.

Thanks for that information about the piano black, sounds like there's something poorly finished inside which is scratching the surface, like a nylon brush or felt seal. I've decided not to have piano black as a result.

My detailer machine polished out the scratches on my car. They will come back no matter how carefully you wash the car.

The Piano Black trim is scratched very easily. But overall I like it and it goes nicely with Ivory interior. Arrived: MY16 A/B SDV6 in Aruba, Ivory interior, piano black trim, black panoramic roof, spare wheel, blind spot monitoring, mudlaps and more...
