I think you've gonna bit conspiracy theory there rob. I think we just have varying experiences with dealers and some have genuinely crappy service. Well what else is there to think about when it's sat night and the wife won't go out coz it's BGT final muddy good point maybe I've been lucky with CS ( touch wood )

Seems like it would be an act of huge desperation and extreme lengths to go to on the part of any other manufacturer of a similar quality or competing product.

Corporate espionage is rife so anything is possible ... although this is form of corporate sabotage is highly improbable ...
