I've been researching this myself, and it seems pretty hit and miss. Some people have been paid out no issue, some have been fobbed off with wear and tear claims.

Really depends on which LR product you are buying. Not sure what they call it now but what used to be LR approved warranty is definitely better than WD in my experience. But be wary of the lower grade LR select warranty (but might be called something different now) which it is generally agreed is not as good as WD. |

Warranty Direct have some pretty bold statements suggesting anything goes! Albeit depending on age and mileage depends on how much you contribute, but looks good to be fair!

They have very pushy sales staff, always smells a rat wit anyone pressing a sale. If its that good it sells itself.
