Driver's seat cushion pocket?

I was looking up the standard spec of a TDV8 and noticed 'Driver's seat cushion pocket' - probably a daft question, what is this?

If I remember correctly there is a pocket with an elasticated front underneath your knees. MY16 AUTOBIOGRAPHY Indus silver with some toys

But my MY2010 doesn't have either an elasticated pocket or a ball cooler. Anyone know why?

Think the pocket ceased in 2008 or MY09 cars, the ball cooler is the vent under the steering column in my old car Bow down and by-frig could it cool. Frozen nutz is not a good condition. Pocket was designed for tiny phones, a modern smart phone wouldn't fit. Whistle 2x TDV6. SE and HSE. Both returned to sender with issues👀
TDV8 Sport HSE...... Gone. Loved it but it didn't love me!!
Now rolling in MY10 Fullfat TDV8 Vogue. Slammed it to go round corners🙈
Cruising daily #56 mph in a Volvo V8. 😱
Lots of other toys in the cupboard...😜
