quick update:

the car is in the body shop and they are taking the car to a larger paint company that actually scan the paint on the the car and mix it from there!

England 2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Orkney Grey

Just to add to this one - my Orkney Grey is slightly different on the front and rear bumpers and the bonnet - all of which appear to be plastic (they all sound different when tapped anyway). Surprised by the bonnet being plastic - or at least appearing to be! The difference is only really visible in direct sunlight though and when I clean it, but it is annoying. My neighbour (has 63 plate Disco XS in Loire Blue) asked if it had been pranged - cheeky t**t. The pic in the gallery of my car in front of our blue garage doors (only big enough for a Model T - 1939 house) shows it best. HSE Black - Orkney Grey, ivory leather, privacy glass, tow bar. GBNF - Discover 4 XS Nara Bronze (11); Discovery 3 HSE, Zermatt Silver (57); Discovery 3 HSE, Buckingham Blue (55); Volvo V70 Titanium SE (53); Audi A4 1.9 TDI SE, Denim Blue (02); Mitsubishi Lancer Evo 6, Black (99-V); VW Corrado VR6, Red (92-K); Toyota MR2, Racing Green (94-M); Nissan Sunny GTI, Red (92-K); Mk1 Toyota MR2 T-bar, Red (89-G); Citroen AX GT, Red (87-E); Talbot Horizon, Snot Green (83-A, I think).

United Kingdom 2007 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Lux Stornoway Grey

Interesting, I just finished a project on my grill to spray it the same Stornoway grey on the surround (it was an all chrome ebay grill) it looks fab, really happy with it, but I'd say its not the same shade its lighter! But I'd put that down to it being a 7 year old paint job... Surely that is a factor?
