anyone have a s/c and wish they bought a diesel?

so im just asking as i bought a tdv6 05 which im thinking of selling, however i love the car but having come from a m3 i have tried for 7 months and i need power, so wondering really if anyone had the oposite and fancied a swap cash either way, mine is a very nice looking one fully colour coded buckingham blue hse, will list in the for sale.

mpg is just no issue as its a 2nd/3rd car as i have a van and mrs has her car, so im thinking of swapping it for either a 4.2sc. 5.0sc or a ml63, just thaught mybe someone has a sc that is doing their head in economy wise. i love the space (have a 2yr old) compared to the m3 but the diesel just does nothing for me

i just wondered if anyone was regretting their purchase of a supercharged if they used it alot!

i need power wish i had waited and found a supercharged originally, my milage is so little ive used only £400 worth of diesel since october Sad , so could of easily had a charger and out of the £400 its got 1/2 a tank in now.

i need more power Laughing

i had a old supercharged, loved it!

this time round i thought i would be sensible and got a 2010 3.0 tdv6 and the mpg is rubbish about 16mpg. Kinda wish i got the supercharged again....

16mpg? That sounds like you have a problem - even in town use you should get more than that. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

in town i think the best i have seen is 16.9

i don't drive too madly. i have the occasional burst in sport mode when overtaking but i defo do not drive it aggressively

Its going in for service next week so i will mention it.

i dont want lpg!

i wish now i bought a s/c, im doing no miles hardly so the rare chance i get to use it i want smiles per gallon,
i just thought maybe someone might have bought one that uses everyday and realised the fuel costs are cripling them so save loads of hassle a swap
