10% over the limit plus 9 gives 86 so you may be offered a driver awareness course depending on the police force policy in the area of the speeding. MY16 AUTOBIOGRAPHY Indus silver with some toys

Had one of these a few years ago and challenged it by asking for photos and road board markings. It is a fundamental requirement that there are warning signs in these cases. The photo showed a car in front of me and the target was the slope above my windscreen taken over the roof of car in front. This was successfully challenged and thrown out, as the road was not signed and the camera was hidden behind a bridge support. I was doing 76 in a 60 according to info provided. I questioned the partnership if the driver of the vehicle in front was also notified under the freedom of information act and it all disappeared with a letter from Wiltshire Police saying that in this case, they would not be Pursuing the matter further. 2x TDV6. SE and HSE. Both returned to sender with issues👀

Stu, was it in Gloucestershire? I was driving down the Fosseway a couple of weeks ago when there it was, a Scamera Van looking along a long stretch of straight road.... on a Sunday. Fortunately, I was pootling behind a Polo otherwise I would have been in trouble.

Simple - that has got to be worth a challenge, surely ? If you can't see the sign then you weren't aware of the limit or is that just a bit too straight forward. FF 4.4 V8 Soooo looking forward to this bad boy
