tdv6 turbo actuator removal

can i remove the turbo actuator in situ without removing shell ,i have removed heat shields and liner and i think i can see it Question silverRRS 2.7 TDV6 22"WHEELS FULL COLOUR CODE,STEPS,REMAP..gone
Rimini red rrs 2.7 tdv6 steps. Full c code. Recon engine!!loved but!gone ,thank god !!
Gone rr sport supercharged. Loved but 11mpg !!!

So you nearly got your answer.

Yes, you can probably get it off. but to get it on again would be very difficult in situ

Just heard from a guy who works at landrover.reckons he has changed lots of turbos without removing shell.. silverRRS 2.7 TDV6 22"WHEELS FULL COLOUR CODE,STEPS,REMAP..gone

when i turn ignition on the actuator clicks and moves but when i try to move it with a screw driver it is quite hard to move ,is that normal silverRRS 2.7 TDV6 22"WHEELS FULL COLOUR CODE,STEPS,REMAP..gone
