Scotland Trip

First post after weekend in Scotland,
This car just eats up the miles and feels great round the Scottish country roads.
Overall fuel consumption 26.6 mpg sat at 85 mph all the way there except for the road works up near jnc 36 and at Shap on the M6.TMC on the nav told us of standing traffic and was very usefull when it was pouring with rain.
Full tank to empty was 462 miles with the dash showing 20 miles left so that was good for me.
Saw a few sports (one towing a caravan) on the M6 heading North when we where heading South (back home) did not see any others at all, while in Scotland. Its out there somewhere. Second V10 Treg on the drive at the moment.

Hello Bobby, any news of the sport yet Question
No, The chance did not arise.
It would have been nice to drive across country and meet up but it has been such a hectic weekend with attending the wedding and meet relatives.
I think tim had things planned as well, one day we will meet up it would be nice to put faces to forum members. Its out there somewhere. Second V10 Treg on the drive at the moment.

Malaysia 2006 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Chawton White

Hi Biggles

Some import issues are being solved now and I was told we might see the first RRS in January 2006, inshallah.

You guys are lucky that there are so many of you around the country - bound to meet up with some member somewhere. Alas, the first batch of RRS coming into my country consists of 5 units only!! And most of the units (except mine) will be owned by the corporate figures sitting so high on their pedestals that they will not rub shoulders with us commoners! Almost all Range Rovers in this country (again, except mine) are chauffeur-driven!!! Need I say more?

It sure would be nice to put faces to the names. Perhaps members can post pictures of themselves standing next to their beautiful machines? Malaysia Boleh!
