Trailer Sockets - One for the Tin Tent brigade

on the MY10, does the existing 7 pin connector at the rear activate a trailers electric brakes Question
would this be wired off the Brake light circuit. I noticed a lot of vehicles in OZ have separate
brake controllers Another Pommie Bar Steward down under

update

according to LR service if the Trailer has the brake controller fitted it will take its cues from
the Brake light circuit, so no need for an electronic brake controller on the Sport, however
if fitted with LED lights i have to get an inline "modulator" to compensate for the trailers
LED lights? Another Pommie Bar Steward down under
