Rare animal now.. as they aren´t taking orders for them ... not even on the configurator any more....

Interesting to see how it affects residuals in a year or two..... probably favourable on scarcity... not going to have a lot of competition in that price bracket when you come to sell... 2014.5 SDV6 AB Dynamic ... Fuji /Santorini Pan roof and 22's

Has a se on order should have been march del then may then July , decided to cancel and switch to the hse was a bit concerned it might be a bit of a orphan , when you add a few extras on this obviously doesn't count on thr residual value then it became not that much between the se and hse

There is one for sale on eBay, claimed to be used with 500 miles. Couldn't paste the link, but just put range rover sport 2014 in the search and you can see it. It's chilli red with black roof.

Just saw it, interesting to see one in the flesh.

I was driving past Gaydon yesterday and saw a transporter full of FFRRs and RRS, there were a few SEs on there. I couldn't tell whether they were left or right hand drive though.  Arrived: MY16 A/B SDV6 in Aruba, Ivory interior, piano black trim, black panoramic roof, spare wheel, blind spot monitoring, mudlaps and more...

Gone but not forgotten:

2011 Freelander 2 SD4 HSE in Santorini Black

have seen 3 x SE for sale now
they are asking 5-6k over list !

although these levels are not sustainable it bodes well for a couple of years of low depreciation motoring

Seemingly so although different dealers will have their own say on it the dealer I use had a good number of orders for the se then I spoke to a lr dealer in north wales and they claim to have had no orders for them ??? They claim range rover buyers are not price driven ( here we go again ) some say there is no call for them my thoughts are if you are happy with the base spec they are good value and lr have priced them to low

I can't imagine it would feel under powered as it is the same power as the previous RRS HSE 3ltr diesel and it is over 400kg lighter. I believe it is the same engine as in the current FFRR, therefore you can get a feel if you get a test drive in one of those. I was never disappointed with the power in my MY12 SDV6, but I must say, my new RRS HSE SDV6 is in another league.

I think the SE was going to be built using the TDV6 engine @ 258bhp......?

it is - but this engine spec is the same as the entry level FFRR so should be sufficient in a lighter RRS and the quoted acceleration figures seem to bear this out

interestingly the torque figure is the same
