By the way Bobby, very happy for you and the car looks great - I hope it has lived up to expectation so far. Is that the Grand Hyatt on Orchard Road?? If it is you are a brave guy taking a brand new car down there!

You're quite right regarding the rules in Singapore, Tim.

The Grand Hyatt is actually on Scotts Road but very close to Orchard Road. On its left is the Scotts Centre and then the Marriot (formerly Dynasty) which is right on the corner of Orchard/Scotts.

The car feels great, lots of power and great handling. I have yet to really test its capabilities... might have to drive all the way up Genting Highlands on of these days!

Had my first annoying bits already. "KEY IN IGNITION" appears on the Message Centre although I can see and feel the key in my hands! Mad Mad
PDC is acting up a little bit. Well, nothing to worry about as I will get all these sorted out on my next visit to the LR workshop. Malaysia Boleh!

Bobby, PDC is a little bit sensitive sometimes.

I was stuck in a traffic jam on one of our much loved car parks (M6 Motorway) yesterday and everytime traffic went past in the opposite direction, the draught caused PDC to go off. Mad

Suffice to say I switched it off! Runner up - 2009 Best Avatar Award Sad

Doesn't the latest software upgrade make a little bit more accurate?

I too hate it and its constant beeping when a sheep raises its head in a an adjacent field!! Confused

Yes, I'm thinking of having some aftermarket add-ons done, a pair of Purdeys mounted behing the front and rear bumpers to take care of errant road users.... L319 D4 HSE
