when driving the car today ive noticed theres a very slight vibration at 70 mph, if I accelerate it doesn't stop but if I slow down to about 60 it stops

any ideas or advice

I'd start with a wheel balance.

i have owned 6 rrs and every one has had a very slight wheel vibration,until i fitted poly bushes to the front bottom arms,no wheel wobble even with 22"s  silverRRS 2.7 TDV6 22"WHEELS FULL COLOUR CODE,STEPS,REMAP..gone

I'm also getting a very slight vibration at speeds above about 45, had two different sets of wheels, full alignment but still there, please let us know how you get on with the bushes if you fit them .
