22" onxy's - Wheres best to buy?

Really love the look of the Onxy's on the Range as pictured below

Wheres best to buy these? Do they need to be staggered? Whats the most popular tyres and sizes to go for?

I'll have a set of those exact wheels for sale once I get round to collecting them from being refurbished black, they're all shod with Pirelli tyres that have loads of tread.
