I looked at their site quite a few times while I was looking for a sport, lots of nice cars for sale but if you google them the bad press outweighs the good. Needless to say I gave them a wide berth 2010 RRS, TDV8

Only spoke with them on the phone and got wary. "Do you want to put down a holding deposit". "This car will be sold if you don't put a deposit down now"

Well my guess is they look at the forum, as in the past someone posted a apology too them, stating what they had posted was untrue, very much like what I would assume was requirement after a legal battle

Absolutely got to be true be unfair to pull a company down etc. funny they did mention that about complaints because I mentioned to them about complaints and they mentioned consumer.com wouldn't of thought you would tell your customer where people moan about you |

I must admit I take everything I read with a pinch of salt. I've had bad experiences with companies that others have raves about and vice versa. So I now simply do a bit of homework then go judge for myself and best of all I make sure that anything agreed is put in writing rather than verbal so there is no arguing if they try to change the story half way. A good email trail with everything detailed of what is and isn't included and the total deposit and total final price before any money is paid for me is now a must.
