Question: Where did you stick it? I haven't seen it yet as at work but I'm guessing to position the lens in the horizontal centre of the windscreen it will need to be below the rearview mirror. Wouldn't it be too visible there and block the view also? |

As muddy says, its a perfect postion because the driver can't see it either and i often forget its there. When my motor goes in for service its good to see if they abuse your vehicle during road test. Thankfully my dealer hasn't abused mine yet but called another technician and said, this motor is talking to me but i don't know where its coming from Its was just after start up when its says that its recording for your safe driving, and because he couldn't see the camera from the drivers seat he had to ask me upon my return for my vehicle what was that message when you start the engine. I told him i didn't know what he was on about... The less they know the better. |

Thats really cool! Good to see considerate driving being demonstrated by a fellow RRS driver in the first minute. Nothing quite as much fun as undertaking car drivers who are driving at a sensible speed through relatively deep water and hitting them with your bow wave. Superb! |

I don't see the point in having a capable 4x4 and following everyone else, when there are two lanes going in the same direction. They got a free car wash. |

Yes, they all turned around and went straight to the Land Rover dealership we had all just passed, no doubt to buy a proper motor. |

I did note Ady that you did indeed speed. Its a 30mph not a 40mph road.

Foxy, as you know i never speed And the next time you are on that particular road heading to Starbucks just take note of the speed limit..... 40 mph. drdelrrs, In situations like that, then i think all of us would be found guilty, now if there had been pedestrians cyclists or motor cyclists present, then i would have respected the weather conditions and drove accordingly. Ive known a driver alter his rear washer jet so that it squirted pedestrians in mini skirts out on the town on a saturday night be fined on the spot. You would have thought Beancounter would have grown out of that by now Some say, thats why he is now running a BMW without a rear wash wipe so that he's not tempted anymore. It hasn't stopped him loitering in the town centre on a saturday night though. |
