In summer it is quite hot here, so I would be choosing whatever options to help keep the car as cool as possible, but was wondering why it is not possible to choose solar attenuating windshield and privacy class at the same time, as both would help prevent IR from heating up the cabin? Any idea?

No. Strange to me too.

Fortunately for me, who is maxing the options list, solar reflecting windscreens are not in huge demand here in the UK.

It would be logical all the windows to be solar attenuating, but my concern is that only the windshield is specified in the option description.

Hi All,

Just to confirm, you can order BOTH the Solar Attenuating Windscreen (front) as well as the Privacy Glass (rear doors, rear windscreen).

I understand there has been a bit of confusion on this, however if you do wish to have both options, please specify this to your dealer and they will be able to order this.
