I'll be visiting the UK in march, is it possible to buy Pay-As-You-Go Nano SIM-cards on petrol stations?

The roaming cost for data is still just ridiculous, I've seen Three has a pay-as-you-go nano sim card for sale at Ebay but can these be bought at petrol stations in the UK too? Range Rover Sport SDV6 Autobiography Dynamic -14

they can, be cautious with 3 though as signal sometimes sketchy and data slow

orange, vodafone, o2 leaders - not in that order

in most UK petrol stations you can do your weekly shop all the ones i've been in sell them ..


edit, although they sell sim cards i cant confirm if they are nano ones or not.

If not go to a shop called Argos, I've bought them for work there before.

Is it just primarily for data? Giffgaff SIM with £12 "bundle" will give you unlimited data for one month - uses O2 network. Also gives you 250 minutes of U.K. Calls & unlimited texts.

Get one delivered to your address here; took me 5 minutes to activate one for my daughter's iPhone 5c this Saturday.

I'd send you one direct, but I used my last one at the weekend.

Im sure if you say where your coming in we can look where you could get one from and their opening times.

You never know someone maybe able to get a free one!

Oh and another thing - sometimes the ebay ones pre-loaded can be cheaper...I looked at a 3 one with 3 months of data cheaper than an o2 with 1 month. Mike

Thank you for all the help and offers, I got hold of some prepaid data cards from a friend just came home visiting the UK!
