Been lurking the forums here this week looking for some advice.

Thought I would post and say what a really good forum this is.

Now, all week I've been haggling with a LR dealer over a 13 plate RRS autobiography. I seem to be there or there abouts in terms of a deal but just wanted some views on how good this is? It's the 3.0 SDV6.

I did have a MY11 FL2 before changing to a C Class merc which I can't wait to get rid of. Lol

Thank you. Looking around I think it seems a good price. A few shackles over 50k for a AB with 2k miles on a 13 plate.

Even the px on mine is on the money. Just trying for the usual free 1st service, mats, boot liner etc. lol

Does this seem good value as I maybe way off?

How are you finding the RRS after the FL2?

Unfortunately I can't tell you yet as I'm not getting the car until the 1st March! But after driving one, I was hooked. Really sad to see the Freelander go though as it's been a brilliant car and 100% reliable.

I changed my FL2 to an AMG C class and hate it.

Was going to go back to a FL2 lux or disco 4 but noticed you can get a fully loaded RRS for similar money due to the new shape.

Can't wait to get back into a 4x4 again

FL2 is still a great car, but I'm waiting for the new generation to appear before buying another.
