Have you tried We Want Any Car?

http://www.wewantanycar.com/

I have found that they offer a fair bit more than WBAC. 2014 L405 SDV8 RR Autobiography Cool

2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Santorini Black

I traded in my MY12 HSE, 18 months old, 23k miles, tow bar, dark windows, almost identical to the OP, and got £37k against my list price MY14 Big Cry the dealer sold it for £41k, a £4k mark up which is about average. The problem with selling such an expensive car privately is that you have to make the price attractive in relation to the LR main dealers and if there is only £4k margin then you are struggling, hence why I bit the bullet and traded in for the sake of a thousand pounds or so and all the hassle, only my opinion.

Good luck with the sale Thumbs Up MY 2014 HSE Dynamic

2007 Q7 -loved it but not a patch on RRS

1981 Fiat Mirafiori Sport 2000 TC - Bright Orange and Black, great Car when new but soon deteriorated, those were the days

2009 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Stornoway Grey

Thanks for all your comments, I'm not so sure that new shape RRS have hit old shape prices that much yet as there is a £10k - £15k price differential between the last old shape and first new shape of similar spec, and TBH a lot of people prefer the old shape Thumbs Up
I think the problem is that because of the price bracket of 1 - 2 year old vehicles people prefer to pay a bit extra for peace of mind from a dealer. Personally, as long as there is LR warranty remaining I would rather save a few quid and buy privately.
Its a lot easier to sell a 3 - 4 year vehicle privately as they are not as expensive and people are not willing to pay a significant higher premium to a dealer for an older vehicle.
There is also the trust issue of buying privately, that's why I have not advertised anywhere else as I don't want time wasters and test pilots, I would rather advertise here on the forum as I feel there is more of a sense of trust with people of similar views of these cars.
If it doesn't sell to a forum member and go to a good home I would rather keep it for another year or two Thumbs Up 2019 BMW X3 2.0i M Sport in metalic black- Brilliant

Good points, as you say the car is fantastic and should be worth strong money and a lot of people still prefer the shape over the new one. I love my RRS, but after driving the new one, I was amazed at the difference, bad move as I was adamant I would not change until it was about 3 years old. Thumbs Up

2009 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Stornoway Grey

Apologies to all who have expressed an interest especially Graham but I just can't let it go

I had a long discussion (row) Laughing with the Mrs last night and yes she is correct that we no longer need a large vehicle and should downsize but I just can't do it, my head says sell but my heart says keep it as any replacement just can't compare.

I've look at various replacements from Audi, BMW, Ford and VW but none come close, how BC went to a 5 series I'll never know Rolling with laughter

Yes they are expensive to run, maintain, tax and insure but there just isn't anything else in the same price bracket that can hold a candle to it. Thumbs Up 2019 BMW X3 2.0i M Sport in metalic black- Brilliant
