MAP, MAPT and MAF/IAT cleaning

Hi All,

I see a lot of the TDV6/8 guys are cleaning their MAP sensors. I wondered what the MAP on the 4.2 S/C looked like after 56k km - so I stripped out and cleaned today along with the MAPT. It takes about 1hr to do both. They are really awkward as they are behind the engine and you cannot see the retaining screw on the MAP. You have to take the intake off - good opportunity to clean the intake.

So this is what it looked like - what do you think? Dirty?
After cleaning, no real improvement in performance.
