What he said^^^. I had a D3 with similar syptoms a few years ago. Had a gearbox flush and adaption reset and the judder disappeared |

I had the same proble. Gear box flush + new torque converter and the problem is gone taking a couple of grand with it. |

Try and get some Dr Tranny additive for the gearbox. It's not expensive and is a good way of checking that you need the transmission fluid changing.
