New windscreen causing distraction

Hi all,

just had my RRS 07 windscreen replaced by auto windscreens (£65 excess on insurance) due to a stone chip that had become a crack. The heated elements seem to be much more visible than the last one and are a real distraction! My wife is refusing to drive because of it giving her a headache and I am inclined to agree with her.

Has anyone had this? Its obviously not proper land rover glass but I'm wondering where I stand with a complaint to the windscreen company?

Cheers

Mickey

Just to let you know I complained to the windscreen company and they have agreed to come and change the screen from a Nordglass one to a Pilkington one. I think I read that Pilkington are the company that LR use in any case. Will report back when I see what difference it makes.
