Thanks

I'm a fan of the HST, I looked at one before I got mine. The thing wasn't so well kept unfortunately so I walked on.

As for modding the dash...

Ever since I got the first ipad I have thought about a way of incorporating one into a dash. Utilising Spotify and stuff on the move. The original iPads were just to big for euro cars. A few USA tuners have done great jobs fitting them in big pickups but we just don't have the dash space.

Now with the ipad mini things have changed a bit so I am considering hacking up the dash to include the ipad mini.

It would have have a factory look finish. It would have to be able to do all the things the RRS currently does and I'm not prepared to lose the current sat nav screen.

This means modding the existing stereo space while maintaining existing stereo functionality.

I would also want video outs to play content on rear screens.

I am beginning to think a Mac mini with Apple TV could be an interesting alternative.

Needless to say, the dash is still very much in the "ideas" phase! ADAIR V8 SC

Looks Good! But loads of work to get done in one go! Any updated pics?
What wheels is the car currently running? (oh and will they be for sale) Wink
Where about in London are you? Only ask as I'm still on the look out for a independent garage in the south east for servicing etc!
Cheers Alex

Thanks

At this stage it's better for me to show you the completed vehicle. A bit of tidying up today then it's being sent for detailing. Should be ready for collection Friday!

We don't do servicing work I'm afraid.

Where in the south east are you?

I'm St Albans, work in the city. ADAIR V8 SC

Currently running Hawk 22s you see pictured and yeah they will be for sale along with a list of other bits Smile

I just figured while it's off the road it should all get done at once. I hate seeing people drive around half finished cars! Plus it makes sence to run cables while seats are out etc ADAIR V8 SC

No, Adair do body work and conversions. I am involved in a company called SA Motorsport. At SA we work mostly with Twin Turbo conversions of Lamborghinis and Ferraris. ADAIR V8 SC

2006 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Java Black

My personal opinion only!
Love the seats and door trims. Bow down

Your picture showing the proposed "finished" motor looks MEAN Thumbs Up

Fair play to you for taking on such a big project with what I can only imagine is a massive outlay!

The way I see it is it's your business what you do with your cash and with that in mind I can't wait to see the finished pics Thumbs Up North Wales Land Rover Club Member
