I took my rrs through the euro tunnel last year, the only problem I had was seeing if my motor would fit under the height barrier as you enter the site, which is solid steel ( no problems with height getting on or off the train), I did not risk trying to go under it , so went around it instead where cars with roof boxes went as there is not anybody there to direct me, I think it would go under if you lower the suspension but personally did not want to risk it

We have been through Eurotunnel last summer with 3 of us and luggage with no issues.
Also winter 2012 with 5 of us and luggage without issue either.
Both times the car has been in normal height mode.
It was a bottle tester driving up to and under the height barrier the first time!!
You could always go with the caravans and taller vehicles if you so wish once you arrive.Current - RRS SE Rimini Red

I think the height limit is 1.8m (which is roughly normal RRS suspension height) so it should be fine.
I selected vehicle type as "car with roofbox" when booking last year - not because I doubted it would fit but just to get extra space. Much roomier carriage shared with people actually having roofboxes and towing caravans.

Hi
I went through just before Christmas. The height limit is 1.85m, I was a little nervous, so went through the height vehicle lane, but got spotted that I was just under that at 1.84m (ish), so went through with the normals. Was just OK on height, but was a bit tight on the width with the narrower metal curbs in the train.
So on the way back, I took no risks, and raised the suspension to push it over 1.85m, and got in with the bit stuff, high vehicle carriage with no probs. Loads of run, much more comfortable.
Great service on the Eurotunnel, will defo use it again.
Cheers
