LG x2 optimus

Hi, is there any info on cradles for 06 R.R.S. 4.2 SC to accommodate my LG X2 OPTIMUS. I have sorted the Bluetooth function but cannot get the module to download my phone book to the phone feature . This means I have to try voice but this is not always successful. I have a cradle in the armrest above the fridge unit but cant seem to get any joy in trying to remove I think it is set up for nokia but cannot see where the adapters are, could someone please help.

Nothing newer than the old Nokia 6310 I'm afraid.

However, if you have to enter 2121 to connect the phones, then I can provide a swap service that will let yoiu have phonebook selectable on the radio screen (downloaded from the phone up to 300 contacts) Thumbs Up Bodsys Brake Bible

phone prep

Hi Bodsy,, I am interested in the updated module for Bluetooth phone connection, could you let me know what the updated module actually does and if there are any gremlins when changing units as you will require mine back I understand . I don't want to be left with something that could work out to be inferior when coming to sell r r s on . Thanks very much for your communication this is what I'm looking for ,as the cradle will only accept old Nokia models e. g 6210 6200 6230 I don't want to go down the retro route . Cheers Mike

The updated module allows the phonebook feature. It certainly won't be inferior Laughing
When I receive your old module I check it, update it and check it again, twice Thumbs Up

I'll drop you a pm Thumbs Up Bodsys Brake Bible

Hi Bodsy, I have just bought nokia 6230i for rangey as I got a cradle very cheap but when I connect phone to cradle it will only charge the phone and says no phone fitted .I've been given to understand that the firmware on rangeys module needs to be updated .Is this something you can do.Thanks mike
