United Kingdom 2008 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Java Black

You will find a lot of advice on washing them on detailing world website but basically chuck them in the washing machine with a little wash powder and no fabric conditioner, just put a dash of vinegar in the place where conditioner would go. Works a treat on mine. 2008 MY Java Black TDV8 HSE

Hello Simon,

Glad to see your looking after her well, still looks stunning.

You not been tempted to get the door slabs colour coded or put the 2010 rear lights on it yet?

Drew Thumbs Up

United Kingdom 2010 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Bali Blue

i must admit i favour Meguiars products, always use the water magnet for drying, can normally get most of the car done before i have to wring it out... never leaves any water marks. Easy to clean also as is the wash mitt, just put through the washing machine... just don't use any fabric conditioner. Smile 2010 RRS, TDV8
bali Blue / colour coded
side steps / flappy paddles
black perforated leather
22" overfinch
heated everything, TV,fridge ...... now with gold calipers and mud flaps !( black mud flaps that is) !!
Many years ago,,,,, 1955 series 1 landie , sometimes wish I had kept it

Can someone educate me how this is better than letting three Albanians loose on it at the local car wash for ten quid inside and out? And drive off grinning after 20 minutes with a new air freshener?

Don't shoot the messenger - I only said what other readers were thinking.

If you like your paintwork full of swirls and scratches then continue to use the local car scratch service Shocked Ive seen them use one sponge (who else uses sponges these days) to clean the entire car not even dipping it back in their big bucket of muddy water to share the soap suds evenly around your panels Mr. Green Some people just don't have standards. Whistle
And if you are being charged ten pounds, thats £20 too much. Wink
