Just had the back seats down for the first time. Moved house last week and used my old CR-V to do the humping and dumping. There was some stuff left and today I used the RRS. I could not believe the size of the boot! It swallowed a settee that the CR-V wouldn't even consider; totally flat load space, and at 6' 4 I wasn't even squashed up in the front. Very very impressed.

We moved house recently too and used the Sport as a van for several trips to tip and with delicate items and it is a great load carrier. That it happily pulled a loaded horse trailer with heavy bulky items in it too is an added bonus.

When it's working properly the Sport really is the great all rounder! 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders

We folded the back seats down completely to put our 8 or 9ft Christmas tree in the back a few weeks ago.
WOW is all I can say.
Put a duvet in there and you have the space equivalent to a double bed.
Very impressed.

Exactly what I thought mate- blow up Mattress in the back and bob's your uncle!!

compared to the FFRR - loadspace is very small, but adequate  RR Sport Supercharged Vesuvius Orange 4.2 V8 First edition

Prefer RR Vouge S/C but they don't do Orange !

When the seats are in the normal position the boot just isnt that big, once the pram is in and a few shopping bags its full so the poor dog doesnt get the come along. If i fit a cage in the boot for the dog the pram wont fit!

When the seats down and ive done a few tip runs even with the ivory leather seats....

The one thing that puts me off the FFRR is the loadspace cover. The rollerblind type cover in the RRS is much better (in my opinion and for my use). 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders

Funny that RRSTDV8, I have always hated the roller covers on both the RRS and more recently my X5. I find they flap and rattle in eithe the retracted or extended positions. My new X6 has a folding type cover like the FFRR and it doesn't flap or rattle. It suits me much better than the roller type! The best implementation of the roller that I've used is in our Skoda Octavia. Puts the silly cheap bits on the ends of the RRS to shame.
