Hi all
Just a little confused and don't know if anyone out there can help, I have a 2009 s/c and intermittently get a warning message come up that water cooler level low, I have checked the coolant level and it's just above the max line, so can't see why it displays this message

Maybe a faulty sensor ? 16MY Estoril Blue SVR.............

Will need a new bottle. Well known issue, very common. A new bottle is only around £30 or so for the TDV6. Would expect a similar price for the S/C

Where's that located peachy ? And thanks again for the other week with the steering wheel, air bag has not gone off

I'm With Mikey on this having just changed mine for exactly the same reason.

Its the coolant / water bottle under the bonnet just behind the passenger headlight, part cost about £40 and needs to be changed whilst the engine is cold and topped up with fresh mix of antifreeze after

the sensor is integral to the bottle and needs the whole unit to be changed, LR released revised unit after this became a problem to stop it happening again, and can only assume why its so cheap to purchase.. Why?.. Because i can....

I've got the similar intermittent warning, I also get a Engine System Fault even more intermittently and Peachy mentioned a Coolant Temp Sensor was his cause, replaced sensor and cleared both faults so that is where I'm starting. 2006 Supercharged
