Indeed so.

I could see the centre diff (or the DSC at least) getting arsey if you had big knobbly tyres on with new at one end, barely legal at the other end because that would give a reasonable difference. But with normal tyres, it's unlikley to be a problem. As said, in extremis, yes, but on average, no. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed
