I sold the last surplus winter tyre yesterday and not received payment or contact from buyer - tried contacting them by email but no response and tel number supplied appears incorrect

48 hrs is by far more than reasonable - next time set payment to 'immediately' that way to them if they don't pay up.

My missus sells on Ebay and I think they recommend 3 days. She always sends an invoice via Ebay., then raises an 'unpaid item' report. and then re-lists for free if the 'dispute' i.e. payer doesn't pay continues.
