RRSport, warm in the winter???

Hello all.

Looking to trade my old MB in for a "new" RR Sport.
Looking at a 2007 model V8 diesel. It has only one owner and has done 108000 km all service done at dealer.
So, that looks good.

But, here in Norway where I live, it gets cold, down to -35C in winter time, with 3-4 weeks with temperatures around 20C is normal.

How is the heating on the Range Rover? Does it get WARM? Or, do I need to instal a webasto type?

All reply is welcome.

Have a good day all.

United Kingdom 2007 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Cairns Blue

If it's a 2007 it should have a fuel burning heater so will warm quickly and the heating system with heated seats is a warm place to be. We have had -10-12 and have never been cold in the car and I can't drive in a coat. 2x TDV6. SE and HSE. Both returned to sender with issues👀
TDV8 Sport HSE...... Gone. Loved it but it didn't love me!!
Now rolling in MY10 Fullfat TDV8 Vogue. Slammed it to go round corners🙈
Cruising daily #56 mph in a Volvo V8. 😱
Lots of other toys in the cupboard...😜

United Kingdom 2012 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Orkney Grey

UK disesls get the Webasto fuel burning axillary heater as standard. I would expect a Scandanivian vehicle to be similarly specified. You might consider retro fitting a timer to the heater - that will allow the heater to start the warming of the car before you get in. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

Thank you for the reply.
I will ask the dealer if it has a Webasto or not.

For fairly little money, you could also add a remote to the FBH, meaning you can then instigate the warm up at your convenience and not just on the timer Thumbs Up
Plenty of threads on here how to do it with a list of the parts you need. Smile ON THE WAY: BMW F21 M140i
