Whats the problem - I wouldn't say they are broadcast HD quality - but they weren't that bad on the last sport or range rover? Mike

Guess it's fuzzy as its analouge.

- my BMW is digital (you can tell as the image is sharper and suffers to some extent from compression artifacts). 2022 P440e AB

No, it's fuzzy in low light as it automatically adjusts the gain so increasing the noise. Can you post a picture taken of the screen?

I only have the reversing cam but you can't even begin to defend it. A £16 Raspberry Pi can is so way ahead in terms of resolution and quality it's not funny.

I can barely make anything out. Very pleased I didn't order the surround can system... 2014 MY RRS HSE Dynamic

Goes without saying that you need to keep the lenses clean; the "VHS" fuzziness is noise from the camera in dark conditions where there is next to no light. Worth also saying the cameras have very wide angle lenses, much more so than say an iPhone which makes them more difficult to engineer.

I have the cameras on my Evoque, wouldn't be without them for threading the car through width restrictions, checking how close I am to the kerb and so on - you only need to avoid seriously scuffing a couple of wheels for the system to justify itself.

My impression is that the RRS cameras are better than the Evoque's. Mark

Agreed. Even the screen "screen" buttons are a little fuzzy. Unlike the others when say, selecting DBS radio stations. 2022 P440e AB

The quality/resolution of the current screen is indeed pretty low. Try playing a DVD, you'll quickly see that. An upgrade would be very welcome indeed...
