Haha mainly just to hose down the car quickly on a daily basis during this weather, must admit I had one a few years back and it was great.

Me too Rolling with laughter Rolling with laughter ..... The kids round our way think I am decorating the drive and lawn for Christmas Laughing now it is getting colder the foam lasts a lot longer on the ground so if it is freezing I can be guaranteed a white Christmas, might offer to do the neighbors lawn as well for a small fee Whistle

I purchased mine from Autobrite, if you join Detailing world you can get a great value group deal ith 5 choices of packages for the lance and snow foam which saves approx 30% it's the best thing I have ever bought for the car, wish I had done it years ago.

I ordered one of these last night for a karcher so will let you know how I get on

But have a feeling my current one is fine and it's my water pressure that's the problem

If you already have a lance, and it's not foaming there is a bit of gauze inside that needs cleaning as it gets clogged with foam/deposits

+1 npinks, you have to make sure you rinse the lance through with warm water after use to flush through any detergent residue left in the gauze which will solidify and block the lance. MY 2014 HSE Dynamic

I think it's more to do with the karcher, it keeps cutting out when the foam lance is on,

A friend of mine at midlands car care has mine in an attempt to clean it out but I have heard that hozelock can cause the same issue but my jet wash works fine without the foam lance, someone else has said back pressure from the lance can cause the cut out and the outlet can be drilled to stop this.

I just thought at £40 with a bottle of snow foam would be worth the purchase to try a new one.

So my other snow foam gun must have been blocked from new but it's in for a clean out

just bought one from polish bliss and its fantastic. Certainly makes passing motorists slow down and look. Once you have adjusted it for maximum foam have found that the foam just clings to the RRS. Great purchase.
