LRCS have responded - Dealer did not know what parts were required as they have not upgraded heater remote on a BE before and Lumbar support has to deflate while in the garage before they will fix it Confused

If a dealer does not know what parts are needed to do a job then we owners don't have any hope Rolling Eyes

Looks like another visit to a dealer and a 30 minute drive with technician to show the lumbar going down because I am having to pump it up about every 30 minutes on a run - never had to touch it on my last RRS once it was done that was it for the whole ownership - probably a revised feature to stop the driver nodding off Whistle

Annoyingly I could have sold the last RRS and walked away with a financial loss of £17k over 3 years but to sell a 4 month old BE now would be yet another big loss Evil or Very Mad

Please stop talking about xmas - I haven't done my accounts yet and my accountant is going to kill me - I would have had them done months ago if I didn't have to keep ringing/emailing LRCS and driving to LR dealers to sort out problems Big Cry Wanted a Series 2 LR since childhood but previously owned MY16 Disco Sport HSE TD4 Auto, MY13 RR Sport Black Edition TDV6 Auto, MY10 RR Sport HSE TDV6 Auto, 2007 Freelander 1 Freestyle TD4 Soft Top, 2009 Freelander 2 GS TD4 Auto, 2007 Freelander 2 GS TD4, 2004 Disco 2 Metropolis Auto, 2002 Disco 2 GS, 2000 Freelander 1 SE TD4 SW

Sorry to here your still not getting the enjoyment you should be out of your RRS Muddy. Evil or Very Mad

Think I would seriously consider something else now, considering other options myself as the price of the new sport is eye watering to have a decent spec Big Cry

Like the look of the Porsche Mecan Turbo myself, not sure with its weight being only 2 tonne how it will cope towing a twin axle vanmaster. Question

Anyway hope you get it sorted muddy good luck Thumbs Up Now gone Orkney grey SDV6 HSE with body style kit contrast stitch ebony leather, privacy, black piano, 22" Lowenharts for summer, 20" with Leon LTZ for winter.

Muddy, also really sorry to hear you have reached the end of your tether, and I dont blame you. I like you am a lifelong goon for LR and continually put up with utter c***from them. They are now in last chance saloon with me also, but as yet we are battling thru.

As a few have said it is only a car...and family and health are millions of times more important and useful.

I have enjoyed reading your blogs on here and will miss you if you depart....

all the best!!
