I'm sure that I can't be the only one that has ended up with a smashed headlight and does not relish the idea of forking out hundreds of pounds for a new one?

From the experience of others who have modified clear side reflectors and added LED rings to their headlights it is clear that the procedure to split the headlight is fairly well established (bake in the oven at 200C for 20 mins) so once split putting a new lens on should be a very quick and easy procedure.

Problem: I can find no reference anywhere of anyone selling just the lens. Has anyone seen or heard of one? Does anyone have the capability to produce these parts?

I can see that anyone who has chipped, scratched, delaminated or fading lenses would see this is an extremely valuable, quick and cheap facelift if the lenses were available.

Please do chime in if you have any ideas.
