United Kingdom 2012 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Orkney Grey

I was wondering if it might be tyre related. Don't have any others to try at the moment though. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

For completeness, I'd just mention that the work, carried out by a LR dealer, cost c.£1400 of which labour was about £300.

Another reason to have a warranty. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders

You mentioned the fitting of winter tyres - they are usually noisier, often causing a hum or rumble ?

A worn suspension bush, harmonic damper, powertrain or exhaust mounting can sometimes transmit noise through to the chassis and then the body.

I've got a feeling it might be to do with the tyres as it seems a bit less of a hum in the wet. The rear is definitely quieter with the new rear diff so I guess it really was on its way out. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
