Could someone explain what else i'd need to fit this to my sport?
i've seen a few references to towing electronics etc..?

This plugs straight in but you'd need tow electrics if not fitted to use it on the road. IIRC electrics can be around £80 to buy and are a DIY fit.

Electrics are 140 (ish) +vat! also my10 needed diagnostics to turn on..... My advice only buy genuine sockets
