& I thought I had it bad sorry to hear of your constant problems - had a similar fault - it was a cheap fix - a temp sensor in the coolant hose ( I've changed EAS compressor & battery & alternator ).

Fluctuating revs can be a sign of torque converter on the way out but before jumping to that conclusion and bearing in mind the other suspension issues I'd start with having the fault codes read and check some of the usual suspects like brake light bulbs and brake light switch. 2008 MY Java Black TDV8 HSE

So you have plugged in a LR specific diagnostic fault code reader and there are no faults logged right? 2008 MY Java Black TDV8 HSE

Was up at Indy specialist today they said its a transmission fault

Were can u change the torque Convertor only? I've been told it can't be bought as a separate unit
