United Kingdom 2010 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Stornoway Grey
Drivers side wing mirror.

Just noticed this frosty morning that the drivers side wing mirror has not defrosted.
Is this a fuse or worse.

United Kingdom 2008 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Java Black

On my 2008 MY the heated mirrors are on a single fuse (#16 in the engine compartment fusebox) so if the n/s one defrosts then its probably not the fuse. Does the mirror move when you adjust it?

Maybe check the wiring and it makes sense to start with the mirror as it is exposed to the weather. Could be something as simple as a slightly corroded spade connector?

UPDATE: Just looked this up in the search facility to see how to remove the mirror:

Removing the glass to check the connections to the heat element is notoriously tricky to do without breaking the glass so maybe once you have access to the wiring you could check the continuity of the heat element connections without taking the glass out? 2008 MY Java Black TDV8 HSE
