Try rining BAS and ask them what they can do for you. It may well be that the engine can't give much better fuel economy... 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

IMHO, 2 mpg would be c. !0% which is a substantial increase, maybe the wrong car? Neutral

I have one of these, I have it on the performance settings and it has improved MPG by about 9% (might be driving to the extra power still so may be better if you drive without the grin factor Smile ) There is an economy setting as well. For the price it's worth a look IMHO

Economy is a hard thing to put exact figures to and its because it can be effected by many many thing. Fuel quality, driving style, cars age, service condition, air temps etc etc the list goes on.

Remapping can in some peoples cases give a little more providing the car is used correctly and not driven like a maniac hehe.

Some things that can make a car a little worse on mpg are:

Drving to lightly on the throttle, YES to light throttle can actually make the car worse on fuel.
Driving like you stole it is an obvious one hehe.
Putting in cheaper non branded fuel though it does meet regulation, it does actually create less bang for youre money.
Lack of service on the car.
Using the AC in winter.
Using the FBH in winter.
Heated screen, lights, heated seats, wipers etc etc

The list goes on really as its so hard to give an honest answer as to what you will or wont gain as a tuner.
