Update - changed the tailgate rubber - checked the front drain holes on the sunroof - they are draining ok - the back drain holes are not does anybody have any idea how they travel through the car ?

The back ones are behind the D pillar and travel down through to the bottom of the car, you nee to remove the D pillars to gain access to them.

The one on the drivers side should exit the bottom of the car with the fuel filler cap drains, the other side will be in the same place, I would just gently push a curtain wire down from the top first and then see if you can see water dripping down at the rear of the car.

I had this problem with my 07 once and never got to the bottom of it, but it has never happened again. There was a Technical Bulletin issued by Land Rover for the earlier models for an amendment of the A pillar if you can get hold of it..good luck.. Also no sunroof in mine to cause confusion.. |
