I kept looking at the cost of replacing the scratched driver door interior pull handle on my sport, and was put off by the silly prices that some aftermarket suppliers are asking.

So a quick visit to Halfrauds and £6 spent on a rattle can of Gloss Black sorted my scratched handle.

I 'wet & dried' the offending plastic part, and after letting it dry off gave it 5 coats of gloss Black, closely followed by 3 coats of lacquer which I already had in the garage.

I used a hairdryer to help the paint go off between coats, and I must admit I was quite amazed with the results
