Just warning you people of my experience buying from 4x4 Tunbridge wells.
Just purchased an 08 RRS HSE, Issues after sale,
Bald front tyre but passed MOT?
Chipped from screen but passed MOT
Bent inside front wheel so unable to remove tyre (they new about this as they put these wheels on)

After several calls and emails no reply whatsoever
Very poor after sales
I suppose Ive been used to Main dealer PR, will never buy from such a dealer again

Don't let them get away with it, take the car down at a 'busy' time and make your thoughts known.
Failing that, if they really are avoiding you, send them a legal letter, will only cost you £25 odd and let them know you mean business
Really annoys me when garages go out of their way to be unhelpful once you've handed over your hard earned  ON THE WAY: BMW F21 M140i

I live in Tunbridge Wells and have never heard a good comment about them.

I purchased an 06 hse from them in april (sorry bit late replyin but just joined forum) i noticed knocking from front wheels when going over bumps and humps "slowly as i'm getting on and don't drive mad,,,,much lol" took it back to them and they sorted str8 away through the warranty. Did feel initially they were a bit cowboyish though, so did have my guard up
