Common fault - they are now 8 years old - battered by the elements - there are a few tricks to try & work out which have gone but the best is a diagnostic tool. Front bumper removal to replace the sensors - which sounds bad but can be done in 1 hour - the only problem you may come across is some of the bolts underneath tend to be a bit awkward & have been known to snap - then the fun really begins . 16MY Estoril Blue SVR.............

Not all IID tools pick up all the codes - Bodsy ( site sponsor ) located mine through a diagnostic tool. . Do you get any error messages along with a long bleep ? 16MY Estoril Blue SVR.............

Have you checked that the wiring serving the front sensors is still connected to the parking aid module? I think it's in the boot behind the near side trim panel. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
