Car goes into limp mode under hard acceleration

Has happened 3 times now
Push hard on pedal and the following warnings appear.
Transmission fault
Reduced power available
Suspension lowered to access height

Can be reset by pulling over and turning off and then in again and then no fault and off we go

Any ideas “One good thing about music, when it hits you, you feel no pain.”

The EU4 engines were pretty guilty for fuel filter issues causing the same symptoms as you describe, only happening under hard acceleration. Cheap and easy place to start Thumbs Up
