Don't forget the Audi rules:
1. Drive 3ft behind the guy in front on the motorway at 90mph - that way you'll encourage him to move over.
2. Don't use the indicators - that way you'll save the bulbs.
3. Car parks have lots of spaces so make sure you use two at every opportunity.

Well that was a long SQ5 ownership!!

The whole towing weight/ tow bar weight / size if the Q5 has been playing in my mind, so while it was in having its tow bar fitted, I was given a Q7 for 2 days.

Result

I bought it!

No more towing woes
35 mpg (what I was getting over the 2 days I had it)

Superb spec, air suspension, panoramic twin sunroofs, DVD player, tip tronic 8 speed auto.
In white with anthracite 21" rims RRS gone

Hope you didn't lose too much due to the high demand of SQ5.

Start saving for tyres, they like to chew them away pretty quickly,

^^^ My next door neighbour was having tyres changed on his 12 plate Q7 this week. Doesn't do particularly high mileage.

Didn't loose anything.

Audi payed off the finance in full. All I gad to find was £500 for new finance deal on Q7

Tyres are my only concern, apparently the latest gen isn't as hard on rubber? But time will tell,
They also threw in two years free servicing and the new tow bar RRS gone

Mrs BKHK would have cut the other one off if I had done that! I suspect you will be at the LR dealer in a week or two at this rate?

Is the Q7 really a better drive than the SQ5?

I was thinking of coming back to the last of the old shape RRS SDV6 but with all you guys bailing out I am not sure now. Thing is, I like my X5 40d, it goes like stink and doesn't mind corners. I am not quite sure what to do right now. I am letting the stealer stew for a week or two for now. The only thing is that the RRS doesn't have a roof so it needs to be cheap. Gone - 2008 Stornoway Grey RRS 2.7 TDV6
