Knocking drivers seat

Hi all
I've noticed a bit of a knocking noise and thought it was the dreaded front end.
I've narrowed it down to the seat. Seems to be making a faint knocking noise when going over bumps or pot holes.
Has anyone else ever had this?
Trying not to take it in for warranty work till the new year so anything I can tighten myself till then would help.
Starting to drive me nuts.

Had Similar problem with mine.
It's another known problem, something to do with the seat frame and was fixed for free by my dealer.
