Ebony ceiling without the pano room gives a very dark interior and since you've spec'ed a dark interior too I would definetely add the pano roof. I came to this conclusion after a test drive with a RRS with ebony/lunar interior and ebony ceiling. Even with the sun screen closed it was very dark (it lets through a bit of light, though, so not the same effect as a regular roof).

And yes, a full size spare is a no-brainer, you get the same type wheels for a very small amount compared to what you would normally pay for it. If you ever damage one, you have a spare one like it

Have just seen your choice of colour. Very bold!

Do you intend to remove the bonnet 'Range Rover' letters and replace with 8" high white letters spelling F I R E back to front? lol

Thanks all, the pano roof is standard on the Autobiography and it will let a lot of light in. Otherwise, I agree it would be rather dark and coalhole-like in there. I have all black in my Evoque and it works well.

Wheels. Yes, the 22 inchers look the best but I thought the ride was quite hard when I test drove the car - surprisingly so - so I'm hoping 21 inchers will strike the balance between the visuals and ride comfort.

The spare wheel in the Evoque is a space saver, I do not know if that is the same on the RRS but I certainly agree it's not a lot to pay for the peace of mind of being able to change a wheel and be on my way because my experience of the repair aerosols has not been good.

Nice thing about Firenze (my Evoque again) is that it really sparkles in the sunshine, looks great but I accept it's not for the shy and retiring, though the Chilli is even brighter. Mark

I didn't know that the pano roof was standard on an AB. I wish it was here, that would make the choice easier for me (I have an HSE Dynamic on order, but the AB Dynamic is tempting). I'd love to see the Firenze Red and Chili irl, I really like these colors, but I want to see these myself before ordering.

Car sounds like a beauty!

Not too sure about the ebony headlining, even with the panoramic sunroof, I still found it too dark. Each to their own.

Mudflaps and body side mouldings are good extras, having them put on my car when it arrives. The mudflaps look good IMO and help to keep the car a little cleaner.  Arrived: MY16 A/B SDV6 in Aruba, Ivory interior, piano black trim, black panoramic roof, spare wheel, blind spot monitoring, mudlaps and more...

Yes, the body side mouldings are worth thinking about. With the car now being made of aluminium, it will dent rather more easily than steel and you only need some brain dead idiot to bang his door into the side of the car to spoil your day, week probably.

Certain environments - airports, multi-storeys, supermarkets will be off limits for mine, which is why I have a little Subaru Impreza which wears its dents with pride. Mark
